Pricing & Consolidator Fares

A licensed agency that holds private, contracted fare agreements with airlines — giving access to net (wholesale) fares that never appear on OTAs or search engines. FareFuzz does this exclusively for Business and First Class.

They’re a different product: private net fares, not the public fares you already see. Same airline, same seat — wholesale instead of retail.

The seat is identical; only the distribution differs. Airlines sell part of their premium inventory through consolidators at contracted rates kept off public sites.

No catch, but real trade-offs: many net fares are non-refundable, mileage can vary by fare class, and premium seats are limited. Your advisor spells all of that out before you pay.

No. Mistake fares are glitches airlines cancel. Ours are contracted fares we’re authorized to sell and ticket normally.

Fares move with availability, so a quote is a snapshot — usually good for a short window. Your advisor tells you how long yours holds and locks it when you’re ready.

Different gateways carry different net fares on the same route. Sharing your top 2–3 departure cities often unlocks a noticeably better fare.

Send us the competing quote and we’ll try — we can’t always win, but we’ll tell you honestly whether we can do better.

Quotes & Booking

Call, chat, email, or send the fare form with origin, destination, and travel window. A real advisor prices it across 50+ airline agreements.

Usually within about 15 minutes during business hours, from a named advisor.

No — quotes are free, no commitment.

Your chosen fare, passenger name(s) exactly as on the passport, date of birth, and passport details for international travel. Your advisor collects these securely.

Tell your advisor which option you want; they confirm the fare, take secure payment, and issue a confirmed e-ticket with your own airline PNR.

Yes — you can book for family, friends, or colleagues. We just need each traveler’s details as they appear on their passport.

Sometimes — a few fares allow a short hold; many premium net fares must be ticketed to lock the price. Your advisor tells you which applies.

Yes. Groups may use different fare rules, so tell us the headcount upfront and we’ll route it correctly.

Tickets, Airlines & Miles

Yes — a confirmed e-ticket with your own airline PNR, managed on the airline’s site like any booking.

Yes. You’ll know the airline, cabin, routing, and times before you approve anything.

50+ carriers, including major names like British Airways, Lufthansa, Air France, Emirates, Singapore Airlines, ANA, and Qatar Airways, among others. We don’t publish the full list, to protect pricing — ask about your route.

Most Business and First fares earn miles, but it depends on the airline and fare class — some earn reduced miles, a few none. Your advisor tells you exactly what your ticket earns before you pay.

Status benefits (lounge, priority, baggage) generally apply since you hold a real airline ticket. Mileage upgrades depend on fare class — ask your advisor.

Depends on the route and the best available fare. Tell us your preference — nonstop, fewest stops, or lowest price — and we’ll optimize for it.

Yes — add it to your airline profile or booking once ticketed.

Baggage, Seats & Onboard

The airline’s standard Business or First allowance for your route — typically generous (often two-plus checked bags plus carry-on). Exact limits are set by the airline; your advisor confirms them.

Yes in almost all cases — select seats on the airline’s site with your PNR after ticketing. A few discounted fare classes limit advance selection; your advisor flags that.

Yes — tell your advisor and we’ll note it with the airline, subject to availability.

Yes — special meals (vegetarian, kosher, halal, etc.) are requested through the airline; your advisor can set it up or show you how.

Business and First tickets include lounge access on most airlines, and Wi-Fi availability depends on the aircraft. Your advisor can confirm for your specific flights.

Payments & Fees

Major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), debit, ACH, wire, Zelle, and check. Your advisor confirms options for your booking.

No. The fare quoted is the amount charged — no booking fee, no surcharge, no checkout add-ons.

Yes — processed over encrypted (SSL) connections, with your ticket issued on the airline’s own stock.

Only after you approve a specific fare. Nothing is charged to get a quote.

Most tickets are paid in full at ticketing to lock the fare. Your advisor tells you if a deposit option is available on your fare.

We don’t offer financing directly. Your advisor can tell you if a third-party installment option is available on your route.

Fares are quoted and charged in USD. Your advisor can confirm whether any other currency option applies to your booking.

Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

It depends on your fare rules — some allow changes for a fee, others are restrictive. Your advisor explains the exact rules before you book.

Set by the airline and fare type. Many consolidator fares are non-refundable or carry penalties; your advisor gives you the precise terms upfront.

Most premium net fares are non-refundable unless stated. If refundability matters, tell your advisor and they’ll find a fare that fits.

Some fares qualify for a 24-hour cancellation window under US DOT rules; many discounted consolidator fares are ticketed immediately and are non-refundable. Your advisor tells you which applies before you pay.

You’re covered by the airline’s normal schedule-change and cancellation policies, since you hold a standard airline ticket. Your advisor helps you rebook or claim what you’re owed.

Generally no — airline tickets are non-transferable, so names must be correct at booking. Double-check spelling against the passport before you pay.

That’s governed by the airline’s rules for your fare. Contact your advisor right away and we’ll help you work through the options.

After You Book & Day of Travel

A confirmation with your e-ticket number, airline PNR, and full itinerary — everything you need to manage the trip on the airline’s site.

Check in directly with the airline (online, app, or airport), usually from 24–48 hours before departure, exactly as with any ticket.

Call your FareFuzz advisor and/or the airline. Because you hold a standard airline ticket, the airline can assist at the airport, and we back you up.

Yes — use your PNR to pick seats, add meals, view status, and check in on the airline’s own site or app.

Yes, where the fare earns miles — add your frequent-flyer number to the booking (before travel is best) and credit posts per the airline’s rules.

Trust, Safety & Legitimacy

Yes — a licensed California Seller of Travel (#2163926) with an A+ BBB rating, operating on private airline consolidator agreements. You receive a real, airline-issued e-ticket in your own name.

No. The things that signal a scam — no license, no real ticket, wire-only payment, pressure tactics — are the opposite of how we work. You get a licensed agency, a real airline PNR, standard payment methods, and no fake countdowns.

Yes — encrypted processing, airline-issued tickets, and we never sell your data. If a request ever feels off, call the number on this site before paying.

Our advisors only email from @farefuzz.com. Anything from another domain asking for payment — don’t act on it; contact us directly.

Deals, Routes & Regions

US–Europe is our highest-volume, best-value lane, but we price strong Business and First fares to Asia, the Middle East, Africa, the Indian Subcontinent, the Pacific, and Latin America.

Very likely — we quote 50+ airlines to 120+ cities across all major regions. If you don’t see your route, ask; we probably have it.

Yes — round-trip is most common, but we also handle one-way and inbound (international → US) itineraries. Tell your advisor what you need.

We post them on social before they appear elsewhere — follow @farefuzz_travel and our other channels. Ask your advisor about newsletter signup if one is available.

Displayed fares are representative and move with availability; your live quote reflects what’s bookable now. We refresh featured fares regularly.

Agents & Corporate

Yes — a dedicated agent program giving independent advisors consolidator access for premium-cabin clients.

No minimum volumes, no setup fees, no onboarding costs.

Reach out through the Agents & Corporate channel and we’ll get you set up. Your advisor can send you the agent application.

Yes — you stay the point of contact, and the program is built to protect your margins on premium bookings.

First Class & Premium Cabins

Yes — premium cabins are all we do. Every fare we quote is Business or First.

It varies widely by route and carrier. Sometimes First is only a few hundred dollars more; sometimes far more. If you’re open to either, say so and we’ll quote both.

No — only certain airlines fly a true First Class cabin, and only on specific routes. Your advisor tells you where it’s genuinely available.

Business gets you a lie-flat seat, premium dining, and lounge access. First adds more space and privacy (often a suite), elevated dining and service, and on some carriers extras like onboard showers.

Carriers like Emirates, Singapore Airlines, ANA/JAL, Lufthansa, and British Airways are known for standout First Class. Your advisor can match the experience you want to the best available fare.

Both. Round-trip is usually the best value, but we quote one-way and open-jaw itineraries too.
