Payment Security

Your payment is protected at every step.

FareFuzz processes payments through encrypted, industry-standard systems. Card payments use 3D Secure authentication where your bank supports it, all traffic is SSL encrypted, and your card details aren’t stored after a transaction completes. Wire and Zelle payments go only to our registered business account — and your advisor sends those details from an official @farefuzz.com address, never any other channel.

🚨 Anti-Fraud Notice

FareFuzz will never ask you to send payment to a personal account, by gift card, crypto, or through any unofficial channel. All payment instructions come from @farefuzz.com email addresses only. If you receive payment instructions from any other source — a different domain, a personal Zelle handle, a WhatsApp number you weren’t given by your advisor — stop and contact us at [email protected] or +1 (877) 273-3899 before sending anything.

Payments FAQ

Payment questions, answered.

Still have questions? A real advisor answers in about 15 minutes.

Ask an advisor →
Do you charge booking fees or card surcharges?
No. The fare your advisor quotes is the exact amount charged. No booking fee, no card surcharge, no service charge at checkout.
When am I charged?
Only after you approve a specific fare. Quotes are free and carry no obligation — nothing is charged while you’re deciding.
Is a deposit required, or do I pay in full?
Most premium fares are paid in full at ticketing, because that’s what locks the price. Your advisor tells you upfront which applies to your booking.
Which cards do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover — credit or debit.
Can I pay with my credit card reward points?
Yes. If your issuer offers a “pay with points” program — Amex, Chase, Capital One, and other major issuers do — you can put points toward your fare, in part or in full. You redeem through your own issuer, we’re paid as a normal card transaction, and your ticket is issued the same day. Your advisor confirms exactly what your points cover before anything is charged.
How does BNPL work?
You apply directly with the BNPL provider. They approve you and set your rate and term; we’re paid in full, so your ticket is issued straight away. Full terms are set by the BNPL provider.
Are there limits on Zelle or Venmo payments?
Yes — banks and Venmo set daily and monthly caps, often lower than a premium fare. Check your limit before choosing these, or ask your advisor to suggest an alternative.
Can I split payment across two cards or two methods?
Often yes — tell your advisor and they’ll set it up.
Can someone else pay for my ticket?
Yes — a family member, employer, or friend can pay. The traveler’s name on the ticket must still match their passport exactly.
What name appears on my statement?
Your card statement will show our registered merchant name, i.e., FAREFUZZ. Your advisor tells you exactly what to look for, so you’re never confused by an unfamiliar descriptor.
What currency am I charged in?
All fares are quoted and charged in US dollars. If your card is issued elsewhere, your bank may apply its own conversion rate or foreign transaction fee.
Do I get a receipt or invoice?
Yes — you receive a payment confirmation and your full itinerary with e-ticket number and airline PNR. Corporate and agent clients can request a formal invoice.
Is it safe to pay online with FareFuzz?
Yes. Payments run over encrypted connections through established processors, and your ticket is issued on the airline’s own stock. For the strongest protection, we recommend paying by card — it carries your issuer’s dispute rights.
What happens if my payment is declined?
Large international purchases sometimes trigger a bank’s fraud hold. Call your bank to approve it, then tell your advisor — they’ll re-run it or suggest another method. Fares can move while a payment is pending, so it’s worth sorting quickly.
Can I get a refund after paying?
Refundability depends on the airline and fare rules for your specific ticket — many premium net fares are non-refundable. Your advisor explains the exact rules before you pay, so you can decide with full information.
Do you offer corporate or agent invoicing?
Yes. Corporate clients and travel agents can pay by ACH or wire against an invoice. Talk to the agent desk to set it up.
